Cons: some not so great people long hours worked and we were expected to charge the customer exorbitant mark ups to cover those costs Politics (career progression) Salary Work/Life balance lack of Support Stressful not alot of training The culture was not suited to everyone

Pros: Culture is great good events Decent pay but that is about it. Collaboration amongst teams and between junior and senior staff is incredible and supports organic career progression. Good Culture Plenty of internal career opportunities Work hard and play hard Friendly team Diversity
