Pros: People get along with each other Now I'm aware of the complaints from people who claim that management is too harsh or that the workload is too high and I have to disagree. Friendly colleagues exceptional training programme good work/life balance many learning moments Good commission structure
Cons: Poor leadership and awful culture Genuinely some people are just not great people a lot of egos. Derogatory management commenting on personal appearance no work life balance Commission structure changed again recently
