Pros: Great pay! Good benefits 6% matching 401(k) contributions AND an additional 3% annual contribution in Q1 of each year. Great management and beyond. Met some good people within the company Good culture
Cons: Salary is less than average pay in my field. FCB benefits are more expensive than SVB and offer fewer benefits; incredibly unstable uncertain silo'd environment; Sr. leadership talks at employees not to them; No regard for employees only the bottom line; awful culture and most SVBers have been let go. Poor management work overtime people are not friendly The culture could be much better.
401K is a nice 6% match Great overall benefits. Although stock incentives would be a welcome add-on. PTO policy is great The benefits were fine; certainly better than paying out of pocket for things.

Pros: Pay was good and raises were adequate. Great benefits! Great culture for such a large bank. Great people. Good Work life balance Positive Enviroment
Cons: should offer more competitive pay Old school systems culture and out if date systems ultra conservative and low risk aversion no work life balance at all
Positives are unlimited (with guidelines) PTO and Hybrid work schedule. Cons are the pay in comparison to other banks in uptown area. Great benefits and strong 401k match The best thing is there are a wide range of benefits but could get costly.
