Pros: The pay is good. Working alongside so many great people and building relationships through work and other company activities makes the environment so enjoyable. Decent benefits and overall company Company culture is great and values are embraced. He has been one of the best managers I've had thus far in my career.
Cons: Pay is low Benefits are garbage too only better than one company in our industry. Lacking company culture and fail to train employees Some managers don't know much about what they're doing
Health insurance was astronomical. When I told my boss I was expecting a baby she whispered do you have health insurance? and I said yes through a different plan not affilated with work and she said oh good. no one can afford the insurance offered here. The health insurance would have been around $1200 a month if I added my spouse and child which was 1 whole paycheck I made (I was a relatively new hire and starting in a more entry level position so I only made $21.00 an hour.) I am glad I had another option for health insurance but some people do not. Other benefits seemed fine and reasonable. They offer great benefits to their employees Best thing is they have a good benefits package
