Salary - C | Culture - C | Management - C | Coworkers - C
Pros: Pay and benefits were fair supporting those impacted by vision loss is rewarding People are so smart and so down to earth.
Cons: They like to say that they have a strong culture but the only culture I experienced was that of overworking and burning out The leadership and high turnover. Management has no idea how to lead people successfully and are in desperate need of training
good benefit options are provided I hated that I was a hourly/salary employee. It didn't make sense because I only had one real time to get overtime and it was over the 4th of July Holiday weekend. Specialty copays were very high in price. Other than that I wasn't there long enough to really tap into all of the benefits.
