Pros: good benefits and worked with good team Management is approachable and makes sure employee concerns/queries are addressed promptly. timely salary The work environment is positive colleagues are readily available to assist with challenges and ample free time is provided to pursue personal projects.
Cons: Upper management had developed this suppressing nature where all subordinates (except a few people who are part of the group) are extremely pressurized to work in odd hours. Horrible management very abusive. Salary isn't the best and a lot of the engineering roles seemed to be going over seas.
