Pros: Decent pay. Great driver managers and management. Great equipment and they care about their drivers. Decent pay for new drivers
Cons: When I started out the pay was 0.47 per mile. Inconsistency of driver managers Very little communication.
Affordable insurance and paid time off. the people that i work with it it way too expensive
