Pros: paced working environment; fun people; good socials (not during pandemic time) very healthy environment to work but also to meet people Chance to travel Good opportunities to progress with career in a multitude of avenues in regards to legal technical and finance Great work culture
Cons: Long hours; Mix of overachievers and under performers; If you are good you get buried in work; Pay is in the lower range (especially in CA and NY) pay is low for Grads
great benefits for health and retirement Overall good benefits. Could be better Flexible options covering a variety of life circumstances
