Pros: Low Pay: One of the most glaring issues at Futrend Technology is the shockingly low compensation. general autonomy in working for the client Healthcare Insurance is very good Ineffectual Leadership: It's abundantly clear that the ownership at Futrend has no idea what they're doing. Terrible Business Decisions: Futrend has a history of making inexplicably bad business decisions that not only hinder the company's growth but also create an unstable and unproductive work environment.
Cons:
