Pros: Good work life balance and nature. good pay and allows for experience People and culture is good Great people and teams in the firm other benefits are good.
Cons: No work life balance and pay can be low and hours not great Bad culture Bad people and lots of work less benefit and always client based

Was pretty reasonable 401k; excellent PTO (though now may be switching to unlimited) Excellent Benefit Package. Generous time off 401k match If you stay until you die they apparently give you a pension. All the drab of a state job with none of the cushy retirement benefits. Quarterly tchotchkies keep you around.Parental leave is apparently legit so long as you have a job to return to.

amazing benefits and first year programs 401k match after only 18 months The benefits are extensive at KPMG even the non-formal ones such as the travel discounts. The only downside to the benefits is the new PTO policy and reduction of fringe benefits due to cost-cutting
