Pros: Career opportunities. I hear that GE's salaries are good compared to other companies. GE is always care about it's employees and offers options to learn and grow Flexible hours good atmosphere good onboarding
Cons: Limited opportunity of growth & career progression Old leaders are great clear processes good communication recognize your work. low salary Higher new employees in place of old experienced employees Long hours
Best thing is permissive time. You get as mush time off as needed throughout the year as long as you're getting your work done and your manager is okay with it. Permissive time off is a nice perk to the benefits as well as the flexible work from home and in office hybrid arrangement. CoverageWorst is high copay
