Pros: Pay is good but could definitely be better given that housing anywhere near the company HQ is ~$2000/month for a single room...Housing is disastrously bad in SoCal. Benefits are good and you get to learn a lot from mentors and coworkers. Good people friendly easy to work with Management I have is amazing. Great work life balance
Cons: they would rather hire new employees than pay current employees competitive pay to meet industry average. No new benefits to retain employees. generally nice people Management may be incompetent and aggressive.
