Pros: Professional colleagues; Team culture is very strong and engaging.
Cons: Often no clear direction from manager below market standards pay Management does not care about employee well being. Salary working from home policy could be a bit more flexible
Health insurance has very good options 401k match is fine but nothing special time off is good. Other perks are limited but not that important to me. 401k health care paid time off 20 days of accrued vacation. 8 sick days.
