Pros: The job security is great Nothing they don't care about hourly employees
Cons: Management made unreasonable demands on call numbers mandatory overtime and was overly critical. Management treats employees poorly and pay is awful Poor culture and interpersonal interaction.
Some of the best benefits available Decent health coverage but not cheap. Prescription coverage is terrible. They match your 401k and have great dental
