Pros: Good benefits fun people to work with community driven purpose building Your coworkers are great friendly willing to help you if you need it .
Cons: Don't get good raises and your pay is horrible. Fired many long term good employees over the vaccine mandate and then were short handed...Then months later no longer required the vaccine for new employees. No good communication at all.. can't even take a proper vacation because you have to base yours off other employees.

Cons: Pay is low compared to the rest of the industry No good communication at all.. can't even take a proper vacation because you have to base yours off other employees. Depending on the department there is no work from home option.
Benefits are awesome we took this over my husbands Pension Plan paid time off
