Pros: good commission for a sales job GO SALES has an amazing culture where they embrace young entrepreneur minded individuals and help them kickstart their careers in sales and business. Great people that you get to work with.
Cons: No wages and completely commission based. need a personal vehicle to be effective since all the clients are around the GTA area. Confused management from the CEO down to MDU manager Driving all around the GTA with low pay If you're not door 2 door owners group does not care about you or your job Position has been restructured 4 times in a month Very high turn over.. working here for just over a month I've seen/heard of many people leaving because it's a huge waste of time
