Pros: Helping the clients a few of my coworkers are pretty nice
Cons: Counselors have very little autonomy within their jobs. The actual counseling job is highly stressful and not worth the money they are paying. There are no opportunities for advancement. The Executive Director and SOR coordinator are complicit in their actions on allowing toxic and unsafe environments to foster.
