Pros: Management is good flexible hours Friendly colleague and better benefits You learn a lot from the different brands you handles calls for.
Cons: Need to improve management and internal administration process. Bonus structure was bad. Overworked staff with low coverage and inability to add more people.
Great benefits overall especially health insurance Best benefits I've ever had Very good Health Insurance options and 401k good vacation offerings.
