Pros: The benefits are great if you pick their insurance plan. The pay is decent for healthpartners The teams and people I work with are great! management great to work with Good work life balance.
Cons: Benefits are amazing PTO is amazing and the people are amazing! The pay was low and it was workload was heavy Gossip abounds and many people are generally unhappy with their work. Bad management little room for growth salaries below market value coworkers do less and paid more Complex; difficult work/life balance sometimes

Pros: Excellent benefits such as health insurance 401K camaraderie with like Good work/life balance and community engagement. Awesome culture with great people Cafeteria is good.
Cons: high school vibe seems like they wants to boss you around for the sake of it.
