Pros: Great people in Hearst Technology Services. Good leadership and reasonable workload They really value their employees and make sure you have a great work/life balance. Good benefits and a diverse and relaxed culture.
Cons: No trust from senior leadership will push rules but not follow themselves Bad managers in the tech division.
Great perks (discounts on brands hotels car rentals) great health insurance & 401k package. 15 days off vacation plus 4 remote flex weeks Loved the free therapy option Hearst offers may benefits and is very supportive of mental health and many other progressive health trends. Hearst offers may benefits and is very supportive of mental health and many other progressive health trends. I 100% feel like they will have my back if I ever have a significant life change that requires patience understanding and time. Great benefits package but is asking for RTO... Some of the benefits were employee funded.
