Pros: Great people in Hearst Technology Services. Good leadership and reasonable workload They really value their employees and make sure you have a great work/life balance. Good benefits and a diverse and relaxed culture.
Cons: No trust from senior leadership will push rules but not follow themselves Bad managers in the tech division.

Great perks (discounts on brands hotels car rentals) great health insurance & 401k package. 15 days off vacation plus 4 remote flex weeks Loved the free therapy option Hearst offers may benefits and is very supportive of mental health and many other progressive health trends. I 100% feel like they will have my back if I ever have a significant life change that requires patience understanding and time.

Hearst offers may benefits and is very supportive of mental health and many other progressive health trends. I 100% feel like they will have my back if I ever have a significant life change that requires patience understanding and time. Great benefits package but is asking for RTO... Some of the benefits were employee funded.
