Pros: people are amazing good pay The management is always concerned about our well being and the health of the team's relationships in general. Sustainable growth no layoffs Good work life balance.
Cons: The CEO has no idea what he's doing and losing great people To save on cash they're now rolling out new pay location tiers and bands. bad management Recent layoffs of a large portion of RnD will certainly affect morale and the quality of its product for a long time to come. Not the best work life balance.
