Pros: Good Benefit Package. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Supervisors were kind supportive and encouraging. Flexibility and work life balance
Cons:
Company currently has a 401k but is switching to a pension Pros- 401K 7% match 100% Employee Health Coverage cons-Family not covered Great benefits package hard to beat.
