Pros: Awesome people and very understanding culture Pay is decent but raises are minimal
Cons: Hudson Valley Lighting is a survival culture not success driven culture. Management is a joke and clueless to the daily functions Catty sorority atmosphere Terrible system Nonexistent company culture
fully paid by the company with united healthcare. which is a nice perk for many employees. the family plan is additional money from the employee.
