Pros: Great flexibility and work life balance including with remote work. The problem space is very challenging and interesting; the question of finding fraud on the internet is a fun one and there's always more to do with very smart colleagues.
Cons: Salaries for research positions are low compared to other Cybersecurity companies (In IL). Work life balance is a bit difficult There's been a complete lack of salary increases; we are far behind the salaries of other companies and multiple colleagues have left for 20 Lack of support for managers.
