Pros: The benefits were good. Benefits are pretty good as well as the pay. Managers were great and time wasn't micromanaged Excellent experts among the people working there. Huntsman is a wonderful company with decent pay and work life balance.
Cons: Some what lower pay and start to involve new confusing changes Some managers need a very serious training on diversity.
Best: Retiree Medical ability to use unused sick days as vacationWorst: none I can think of 5 weeks paid parental leave Company does not support WFHWorking at HuntsmanSupply Chain Data Scientist | Houston, TX
