Pros: Flexibility with hours work life balance Pay is good and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in areas of interest … buuuut Great working environment and awesome leadership Pay is fair and benefits are awesome. Great Company Culture and Collaboration Environment
Cons: Therefore a healthy work life balance is non existent. Pay could be better opaque promotion considerations and guidelines Toxic Leadership Poor management structure overwork employees view you as a number.
