Pros: Everything was ready for me from day 1 onboarding was efficient and the employee first culture that exists here is already evident. Schnelle Entscheidungen tolles Team mach guter Manager. Decent colleagues and friendly atmosphere Smart work environment growth fun
Cons: level managers have no power to make changes. It's not bad at all but it would be even better salaries could slightly be higher. 2. chaotic work environment.
