Pros: Met some really great people Flexible hours Good pay paced responsible management Great culture and not your typical restaurant.
Cons: bad hours The way things are run is really unprofessional a lot devaluing staff over working with low pay supervisors promoted do not know what they are doing or lazy to do things. They don't care about their hourly employees and give them the absolute minimum and put tremendous pressure on them They don't offer staff meals just 50%off Horrible management no benefits
