Pros: Benefits were provided day one Good increment good people good building Good Work Life Balance and Perks IPG and the Master Data group provided me a lot of opportunities to grow and develop new skills
Cons: Pay is not great
Strong benefits and paid time off Generous PTO policy sometimes have to work OT during a launch (but you volunteer/sign up for it). overall good benefits. fair. nothing amazing but glad to have them.
