Pros: Great coworkers to interact with on a day 1. Opportunities to build processes and immediate impact on day to day and trajectory of the company. Flexible hours experienced leaders everyone is very nice company employees all move forward with focused goals.
Cons: Although upper management knew lots about the technical aspect of the business they lack having ever built something with flight heritage along with actual management and execution.
Health dental and vision are not as good as larger companies but it is sufficient. Time off and 401k are all in line with competition. Contact employees have very limited time off Lack of incentives and revoking bonuses
