Pros: The direct team is understanding and support each other Good training ; different systems to manage
Cons: Poor management and culture. Low pay Culture is not that great team is micro Driver training is very poor considering some of the cars are worth over $200 00 each. 5pm ( constant claims for overtime including working through lunch is often questioned by management) .
