Pros: Decent benefits for a good price The pay is pretty good. Coworkers were great and love working with the kids. The management is great tons of opportunities for leadership and continuing Ed. workers & patients but upper management was stressful.
Cons: Their other benefits such as 401k and medical are also way below average but they will make it seem like it's the best. The pay is low and the hours are inconsistent with cancellations. Several coworkers have quit and they still expect our patient volume to stay the same with half as many therapists. poor management with very little consistency between regions and areas Upper management is poor and does not value employee relationships or wellbeing.
4 weeks and 6 holidays off a year. Added 5th week of PTO after 5 years. Increased 401k match yearly is a great benefit They match a percentage of each dollar you contribute to your 401k
