Pros: Great benefits. Great employee workplace Good Benefits nice people monthly activities.
Cons: Hourly employees are treated very poorly and giving way less benefits such as sick time and PTO compared to salaried employees. Not paid for amount of work Micro management not really any other cons
Good medical dental vision and retirement. Could be more progressive and comprehensive with fringe benefits. 401k reimbursement is decent but the vesting schedule is poor. Health insurance is not great. Other benefits are limited. Parent company gets like 50 days of vacation while we get alot less. 4% 401k matching and 12 weeks of paid parental leave are great
