Great benefits great people to work with and flexible schedule flight benefits are good but not as good as other major US airlines like Delta or American. Cons: Culture is deteriorating as focus shifts to shareholders All of the good people left upper management in 2020. Low pay and little growth life balance no training given for to be successful.
Not bad could be better Great benefits great people to work with and flexible schedule flight benefits are good but not as good as other major US airlines like Delta or American. Still great perks if you can use them properly.
