Pros: Great Benefits Safe environment. I feel that this is the greatest work culture I have ever been apart of.
Cons: Fast paced but you learn a lot in a short amount of time. No bonus for sales person
Very low rates matching percent on 401k STD and LTD employer paid monies paid by employer on HSA account. PTO is given day one and pro-rated your first year and very fair on what you get. I started in April and had over a week of vacation sick days and personal. That has been unheard of in my past experience to have it available day one. I appreciate having an HSA as a part of the health benefits. I don't have a lot of medical needs and the company contributions alone are enough to cover most of my routine annual medical expenses. Great benefits. Vacation Health insurance Dental Vision 401K.
