Pros: Good work life balance good benefits and 401k. This can be great for people that like to learn fast and learn by doing. good pay Good opportunities for young engineers.
Cons: No work life balance Long hours but benefits are really good Sometime people would act like they know everything average pay compared to other large contractors. Promises of training and workshops were quickly broken with these opportunities reserved only for shareholders.
Benefits are good. Salary is low compared to other construction companies especially since per diem and TDY is not offered for new hires. The 401K match is great! Incredible health benefits for full time employees.
