Pros: Compensated fairly Good benefits Flexibility Lots of learning and growth opportunities Great benefits Big focus on diversity equity and inclusion very friendly wonderful coworkers good supervisor Excellent work/life balance Connect with the community you live in Not overly competitive culture
Cons: Out of date benefits and compensation structure Lack of consistent policy on remote/hybrid structure mostly depends on manager Lack of clear advancement structure Periodic manager rotation

Self funded health insurance plan Time off is the best Extremely inexpensive for a family and it is the best insurance coverage I have and ever will have! The only thing I wish they had was an actual maternity leave package for their female workers. Right now you just use short term disability at 60% of your salary for up to 90 days.

Pros: Excellent benefits Everyone is kind and respectful.
Cons: Out of date benefits and compensation structure Lack of consistent policy on remote/hybrid structure mostly depends on manager Lack of clear advancement structure Periodic manager rotation Not sure VPs or CEO have any clue as to how individual departments are being run. Pay isn't always great but competitive for the industry.
