Pros: Good health insurance Flex time Good pay.
Cons: Break customer promises Very slow decisions and unorginized processes Very slow career growth Low benifits
PTO paid holidays paid winter vacation 401k health insurance The best thing is a 5% automatic contribution. There is also a 50% employer match on up to 6% so total 401k employer contribution comes to 8%. Great benefits especially for the location.
