Pros: Good management low stress environment. Decent pay for fresh grads ample opportunities to learn and explore for SVC Engineer Role Friendly colleagues
Cons: Poor management. Pay is low for the type of work and they do not generally give raises The role of a service engineer provides ample opportunities to learn and explore. Overall the company offers decent pay for fresh graduates and colleagues from other departments were warm and friendly making it a great place to work in many respects. The Culture and environment isn't the greatest.
Health insurance was best part Bad healthcare benefit 401k is ok. Solid employment program with great benefits.
