Pros: Good work life balance and nature. good pay and allows for experience People and culture is good Great people and night events other benefits are good.
Cons: No work life balance and pay can be low and hours not great Bad culture less benefit and always client based
Best is unlimited PTO and worst is they got rid of pension plan Good benefits overall when it comes to time off and flexibility Good benefits unlimited PTO 401K
