Pros: The pay is decent. Great learning opportunity and advancement
Cons: It is a toxic work environment Improve communication between management and staff The work life balance is non existent.
Insurance was fine. Very minimal holidays off. On top of providing good health insurance with decent coverage the firm goes out of it's way to show their gratitude towards their employees. The owners organize holiday and themed parties happy hour and other events to ensure their employees feel appreciated.
