Pros: They pay decently but you have no work life balance it's 7 days a week so the higher salary doesn't necessarily mean you're earning more. paced growing ethical and above all they have established a very profound culture for such a large company. If you enjoy waking up at 5am to be yelled at by 6am from upper management that does not know how to do their job this is the place to work. decent pay and benefits Pay is good for amount of work
Cons: no work life balance and expected to work almost every weekend and holiday The toxic culture is simply intimidation embarrassment and public shaming name calling job threats vicious texts and emails. they work you until you quit or get fed up with upper management do not work here The cones are the company does not hire employees does not offer any benefits does not even offer workman's comp in case someone gets hurt they use people up like toilet paper and throw it away
Overall fantastic benefits package. Unlimited PTO fully paid for Health vision and dental Great benefits and easy benefit election platform. Mediocre 401k match unlimited PTO but too overworked to be able to use it.
