Cons: Some of the worst corporate culture. No cons everyone is great Much of the leadership that gets hired is either unqualified or inept in their abilities to actually do anything other than try to control their employees.
Levi's lives its values and offers generous benefits. They consistently offer financial classes donation matching women in leadership spotlight and 401k matching at a higher percent than most companies. They truly value their employees with ERG etc... The benefits are all around fine. 401k match is 6%. Health insurance is pretty good I had Kaiser but - I switched to my husbands plan which is better.
