Pros: Good benefits Not too much work currently. I have great leaders on my team who constantly look out for my success and that includes skills pay and benefits Management was nice. Great learning experience as a first job or early career.
Cons: Too much work. Miscommunication with offshore team Poor management talent under utilized.
