Pros: Was a good work life balance when I worked there but they are taking away WFH good benefits and retirement plan Some of the people there are great to work with. Great culture integrity first pay for performance Competitive pay versus other companies
Cons: Work life balance Is challenging. Customer service can be slow Benefits are ok but could be better. Very flexible PTO friendly people (not all of them) DEI culture not consistent through all departments Pay isn't competitive compared to other companies
