Pros: Great place and people. Good benefits Good pay. Great flexibility and culture. good salary and line manager
Cons: The people aren't the friendly when you're there I was just about to start my new role at Lloyds and was excited by all the benefits they were offering. If you've a bad line manager your pay and/or grade will stall for sure. Culture is toxic. And it should be applied for via HR and not via your line manager (aslong as your job is already remote this wouldn't work for branch staff for example).

401k match exceeds most other companies. Excellent Health Insurance ....low cost to the employee 401k is top notch with a 5% company match and 6% bonus at year end.

Pros: Good culture and structured organisation Good work life balance most of the time The team and the people are great Good benefits inc. pay is average
Cons: The culture is toxic Work life balance and poor culture lots of great people getting made redundant and being replaced by new people that don't have a clue what they're doing so we are losing a lot of important tacit knowledge. No benefits as contractor eg bonus or holiday pay. Not great pay (but improving)

Cons: The culture is toxic lots of great people getting made redundant and being replaced by new people that don't have a clue what they're doing so we are losing a lot of important tacit knowledge. No benefits as contractor eg bonus or holiday pay. Career progression isnt great enough. The salary is not the most competitive and there are not a lot of promotion opportunities.
