Pros: Great benefits: you can purchase pro up to 2 extra weeks a year. Decent people here pay can be good Great work life balance! Good training to learn the industry. Great management decent pay good work environment
Cons: Very micromanaged and no benefits. low pay (to start) Work life balance is crazy. We were required to manage 14 different computer tabs at once and there was no training and No guidance. Poor management .
