The work life balance is probably one of the best you can find as the 4 day work week is highly prevalent with about 85% of the company operating on it. They also give 3 weeks of vacation and have an additional week of vacation over Christmas and New Years for a total of 4 weeks.
Cons: Organizational change is common when leadership changes; sometimes the work can be slow moving depending on who your customer is. Promotions happen, but it?s easier to get promoted by applying to another internal team.
