    Salary - A | Culture - A | Management - A | Coworkers - A

Pros: Lockheed Martin has an overall positive working environment. The type of work is engaging, and leadership is overall great. The work life balance is probably one of the best you can find as the 4 day work week is highly prevalent with about 85% of the company operating on it. They also give 3 weeks of vacation and have an additional week of vacation over Christmas and New Years for a total of 4 weeks.
Cons: Organizational change is common when leadership changes; sometimes the work can be slow moving depending on who your customer is. Promotions happen, but it?s easier to get promoted by applying to another internal team.

Pros: Upper company is typically hands off and offers somewhat decent incentive programs. Actual portal interfaces work great.
Cons: Requests for administration actions or program participations typically come down at the last minute. Have had pay incentives removed that I was originally hired upon based on non-transparent corporate decision for entire department.

    Salary - C | Culture - B | Management - B | Coworkers - A

Pros: Career growth opportunity if you are eager to learn.
Cons: Working remotely can sometimes slow down certain processes for some individuals.

Management is highly involved with the team and provide encouragement for strong performance. It?s clear that employee development is a priority, which has been motivating. However, applying for internal job openings, it can feel like the process is more about who you know rather than qualifications or performance. Despite putting in effort and meeting the necessary criteria, many applications seem to be rejected without much feedback. It would be helpful to have more transparency in the internal hiring process, ensuring all employees have an equal opportunity to advance based on merit.
