Pros: Very friendly people and management. A true career accelerator. Good culture at Loft.
Cons:
Great standard benefits and perks. Lunch is provided but the best part is that everyone sits together to eat and connect. It's really nice! Catered lunch if you're in the office and lots of flexibility with schedule. We have catered lunch with our team every day in the office. Other benefits are good too - from PTO to 401(k)s
