    Salary - C | Culture - B | Management - B | Coworkers - B

Pros: Great support system and excellent training. Friendly people and fun environment Work from home fully remote
Cons: specific Account Managers to AMs serving all three products) with minimal training and no reduction in client book size has deteriorated both employee AND client experience. Pay is also very much based on how many clients you have... if you want more money in your monthly salary you have To take on more clients upsell them on other services/ 80 clients when most Account Manager really have 100

Great benefit packages that fit a variety of different life circumstances. From legal options to health savings accounts to a fantastic vision insurance option (shout out my fellow visually impaired folks!) Logical Position does it right with giving us so many options that fit what we need. Good benefits for individual could have better coverage for dependents with a maturing workforce. They just bumped up the yearly PTO rollover hours from 100 hours to 140. Free lunch on Wednesdays.
